Thus, you’ll roll up your sleeves to reinvent how our products reach people. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Arapongas, Paraná Responsibilities: **✨Activities You’ll Lead:** Your main responsibility will be to ensure operational efficiency and contribute to optimizing logistics processes across distribution centers. * Receive shift handovers, verify loading/receiving schedules, and organize cargo assembly; * Conduct meetings with the operations team, attend daily warehouse and logistics meetings to discuss results, deviations, and corrective actions; * Monitor employee attendance, redistribute staff according to demand, and manage absenteeism and timekeeping records; * Track daily KPIs, identify deviations, and align strategies for correction; * Conduct warehouse walkthroughs to assess 5S, safety, and task execution, completing checklists and opening service tickets as needed; * Plan transfers, coordinating with the control tower and transport teams; * Define and deliver training, participate in feedback sessions, and foster team development; * Ensure proper use of PPE by the team, investigate safety incidents, and implement corrective actions aligned with HR.
