You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- * Operate mining equipment in accordance with operational procedures and safety regulations. * Monitor equipment operation, identify faults, and report them to the maintenance team. * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure good condition and proper functioning. * Assist in cleaning and organizing the operational area, maintaining a safe and functional environment. * Fulfill operational requirements as directed by your immediate supervisor. * Perform routine tasks under direct supervision, following technical and operational instructions. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Education:** Completed High School **Knowledge and Skills:** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category D (desirable); * Experience operating trucks; * Availability to work rotating shifts (4x4 schedule); * Must reside in the Paragominas region; Hydro values diverse skills and perspectives among its employees.
