We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively develop software solutions, directly participating in building and maintaining critical systems; * Provide technical leadership to the team, promoting best practices, code reviews, and technical quality; * Participate in defining and evolving system architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance; * Support the engineering team in adopting modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability); * Serve as the liaison between technical and product teams, ensuring delivered solutions deliver business value. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Solid experience as a Software Architect or Tech Lead; * Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot; * Experience with relational databases (SQL); * Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc); * Hands-on experience with Ionic or other hybrid mobile app frameworks; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc). **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture; * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc) and observability practices; * Experience in B2C or SaaS environments; * Knowledge of DevOps practices. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
