This position is essential to ensure operational agility, cost control, and transportation efficiency. Job Location: Pinheirinho neighborhood, Curitiba \- PR Prior experience in this field is mandatory. Job Description: **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * Hire third-party freight services according to operational demand; * Prospect and onboard partner vehicles and drivers; * Negotiate freight rates to achieve optimal cost\-benefit for the company; * Identify and capture opportunities for third-party freight services; * Maintain active relationships with aggregators and partner carriers; * Monitor documentation and regularization processes for contracted vehicles; * Support routine tasks involving basic financial knowledge, such as verifying amounts, deadlines, and payments. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation and logistics; * Negotiation skills; * Strong communication and organizational abilities; * Basic knowledge of financial routines; * Ability to manage deadlines and dynamic demands. Salary: R$ 2800.00; after gaining experience: R$ 3100.00 Benefits: Transportation allowance, 6% salary deduction;· Meal or food allowance: R$ 30.00 per working day, with 10% payroll deduction on recharge value;· Health insurance plan, deductions per collective bargaining agreement;· Dental insurance plan, deductions per collective bargaining agreement;· Group life insurance; Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM, rotating 5x2 schedule.
