The CRM Assistant will support the sales team in managing customer data, maintaining records, and optimizing CRM usage to improve customer experience and boost sales. **Responsibilities:** * **CRM Support:** Assist in managing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accessible. * **Lead Management:** Track and record lead interactions, helping qualify and prioritize contacts with the highest potential. * **Data Analysis:** Support collection and analysis of customer data to identify patterns and generate insights that contribute to the sales process. * **Performance Reporting:** Produce periodic reports on CRM performance, providing recommendations for improvements in the sales process and customer experience. * **Sales Team Support:** Provide the sales team with relevant customer information, ensuring negotiations are conducted based on accurate and up-to-date data. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative roles or with CRM systems. * Basic knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes. **What We Offer:** * Fixed salary of 2100.00 * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Total Pass * Psychological support * Pharmacy benefit Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Total Pass; Psychological support; Pharmacy benefit
