Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist Human Resources professional to support strategic and operational processes, contributing to organizational development and employee well-being. Key Highlights: 1. Generalist practice across HR subsystems and people management 2. Support to leadership and management of recruitment processes 3. Organization of training programs and support for employee engagement initiatives We are looking for a generalist HR professional who is proactive and organized, to work within a structured company with over 200 employees. This person will be responsible for supporting and executing strategic and operational HR processes, contributing to organizational development and employee well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage HR subsystems: recruitment and selection, training and development, positions and salaries, and organizational climate * Support leadership on people management-related matters * Conduct recruitment processes (screening, interviews, and feedback) * Organize and monitor internal training programs * Support internal marketing and employee engagement initiatives * Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) * Collaborate closely with the Payroll Department **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields * Prior experience as a Generalist HR Professional * Knowledge of labor legislation * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in companies with over 100 employees * Experience with HR metrics and organizational development projects **Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary * Meal allowance / food voucher * Additional benefits to be disclosed Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.973,00 \- R$2\.644,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Experience: * Payroll administration routines at an accounting firm (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
