From the simplest to the most special moments, we help make life tastier for many people. **Job Description** ---------------------- * Manage and follow up on COGI items (inventory adjustments for correct material consumption in SAP). * Analyze consumption of raw materials, ingredients, or expired products in inventory. * Reconcile daily Production Reports \- SOX Control. * Conduct third-party inventory counts \- Inventory Reconciliation, including accounting for losses within the reporting period and reversals or production balance entries per NC. * Support, guide, and alert Operations during rotating inventory counts. * Resolve SAP discrepancies between fiscal documents and tax calculations. * Manage purchase invoices, service invoices, and freight invoices (incoming XML management) to prevent invalid invoices or failure to comply with fiscal posting requirements. * Monitor and manage pending invoices (GNF) to ensure no service invoices remain unreturned, avoiding improper expense generation and tax penalties. * Ensure SOX compliance through internal audit routines for the process. * Provide technical support to internal departments and other members of the inbound team. * Manage inbound time for shipments transferred between units. * Provide documentary support to internal departments, audits, or regulatory inspections. **Academic Qualifications** ---------------------- * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Law, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Competencies** ------------------------- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Knowledge of area-specific KPIs and management tools Experience with systems and solutions \- SAP Knowledge of KPI definition and dashboard structuring Knowledge of controller functions Familiarity with applicable internal policies, standards, and procedures Apply now and join BRF!
