




Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for data analysis, Quality Management System support, indicator development, non-conformance investigation, and continuous process improvement. Continuous improvement and process optimization RESPONSIBILITIES: * Quality data analysis (non-conformances, customer complaints, operational deviations) * Support for the Quality Management System (documentation maintenance, procedure updates, training); * Development and monitoring of quality indicators and management reports; * Evaluation of quality requirements with production (specifications, technical limits, compliance); * Investigation of non-conformances and proposal of corrective/preventive actions; * Participation in internal audits; * Preparation of technical documentation (procedures, work instructions, and other documents); * Support for continuous improvement and process optimization; * Interface with internal customers on quality-related matters, when required.
