You will join the Information Technology Infrastructure team, providing technical leadership; guiding the team in installation and maintenance processes for branch network equipment (e.g., switches and routers), hardware maintenance, and user support. You must ensure hardware and software technical support for the IT team, guide the team in installing, updating, and removing software, operating systems, and automation scripts, and perform other related and inherent duties. If you share these values and wish to join a collaborative, inclusive environment dedicated to transforming people's financial lives, **apply now**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide technical leadership for the team; * Guide and support the team in installation and maintenance processes for branch network equipment (e.g., switches and routers), hardware maintenance, and user support. * Guide and support the team in installing, updating, and removing software, operating systems, automation scripts, etc. * Lead analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of issues related to installation, configuration, administration, operation, and monitoring of logical, physical, and virtual networks; LAN/SAN network equipment; physical and virtual servers; and virtualization and cloud environments; * Monitor and maintain network and IT system security, preventing and responding to security incidents; * Guide and support the team regarding user registration in the domain and access levels to file servers, computers, emails, and other required resources; * Ensure creation, monitoring, and execution of backups and recovery for all company-critical information; * Ensure availability and performance of IT systems through preventive and corrective maintenance; * Support the team in resolving questions and/or problems, and in applying OS and information security patches; * Participate in defining project schedules and plans, establishing deadlines, tasks, and seniority levels of involved team members and processes; * Provide technical accountability for implementation and operation of technological resources (equipment, systems, and connectivity); * Evaluate and recommend new technologies, IT infrastructure solutions, and information security solutions; * Coordinate implementation of IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations; * Support and assist the team in managing contracts and relationships with IT service and product vendors; * Prepare performance and status reports on IT infrastructure projects for coordination and senior management; * Prevent, monitor, and respond to information security incidents. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed postgraduate degree or MBA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Networks, Information Security, Leadership, or related fields; * Solid knowledge and experience in: data networks, installation, switches, routers, firewalls, Cloud/Nuvem (Google preferred, also Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure); * Certifications in ethical hacking or information security, along with experience in banking environments, are considered advantageous. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance / Food voucher; * 100% free Unimed National Health Plan — no monthly fee or co-payment (covering you and your dependents); * Free dental plan; * Wellhub/Gympass; * 100% free transportation voucher — no 6% payroll deduction; * Life insurance; * Annual bonus — an additional amount paid directly into the employee’s paycheck for each full year of service; * Performance bonus up to three monthly salaries; * LinkedIn Learning — we partnered with this training platform to encourage a learning culture; * 50% tuition assistance; * Birthday day off; * Christmas food voucher; * Flu vaccinations; * Alura — available to all Technology department employees; **CULTURE:** * Internal initiatives; * Training and capacity building; * On-site facilities for comfortable meals; * Decompression area — we have a dedicated physical space at headquarters to enhance our employees’ daily experience, interaction, satisfaction, and productivity; * Lunch with the CEO — the Sisprime CEO personally cooks occasionally for employees in the gourmet area at the headquarters in Londrina-PR; * Accelerated learning (as the financial sector demands constant evolution); * Growth and development opportunities; * We always place members and employees first; * We treat others as we would like to be treated; * Integrity, ethics, and respect above all; You are on the page of the largest and most comprehensive independent credit cooperative in the country — and the largest with a primary focus on healthcare.
