### Your new responsibilities
* Construction and project management tasks, including acting as the client representative for construction projects in state-owned properties, particularly those of the judiciary, police, and finance administration
* Maintenance measures for an assigned building portfolio within the five districts we serve
* Coordination with freelance architects' and engineering offices
* Implementation of the energy and climate protection concept for state-owned properties

**We provide state institutions with a roof over their heads.**
At the State Property and Construction Agency Baden-Württemberg, experts from architecture, engineering sciences, law, and administration work closely together to manage the state’s extensive real estate portfolio. This includes approximately 8,000 state-owned buildings, 35,000 hectares of land, and 2,200 rental agreements.
The Third-Party Construction Advisory Service advises external clients and planners—such as hospitals, schools, and other facilities—on construction projects funded by the State of Baden-Württemberg, and reviews funding applications from a technical perspective on behalf of the funding authorities.
