Learn more about the activities related to this role: **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform comprehensive analysis of documents required for share transfer; * Ensure all steps comply with legal and regulatory requirements; * Manage the entire process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and efficiency; * Maintain clear communication with clients, administrators, and other involved departments; * Ensure strict adherence to internal deadlines and standards. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Preferred experience with consortium products or documentary analysis routines; * Knowledge of Central Bank regulations and consortium administrator practices; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously; Good verbal and written communication skills.
