Develops technical teams and implements industrial best practices. A metallurgical manufacturing company is seeking a Production Coordinator in Palmeira. Avvi OPPM is a company specialized in management solutions and process optimization. Focused on innovation, it delivers services aimed at enhancing clients' operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Ensure productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency of production processes. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Production Planning & Control (PCP), and Maintenance departments. Play a strategic role in continuous improvement and operational standardization. Develop technical teams and implement industrial best practices. Ensure achievement of cost, schedule, safety, and quality targets. Position based in Palmeira / PR. Previous experience as Production Supervisor, Production Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Production Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
