Simple Care is a company that provides digital health solutions, focusing on facilitating access to healthcare services through innovative technology. **Responsibilities:** Strategically manage the procurement of medicines, hospital materials, and supplies, ensuring optimal commercial terms, inventory control, and regulatory compliance—directly contributing to the company’s sustainability and growth. Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of medicines and hospital materials. Place orders to secure the best delivery timelines, pricing, and commercial terms. Develop and qualify new suppliers. Monitor inventory levels, product expiry dates, and stock turnover. Control COGS, margins, and purchasing performance indicators. Ensure compliance with ANVISA regulations and sanitary requirements. Support physical inventories and audits. Issue and track purchase orders via ERP system. Prepare managerial performance reports. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
