We will be very happy to receive your application and learn more about your career and background. **Position details:** Assist in the development of gas plant and LPG distribution network projects according to current technical standards. Provide remote or on-site technical support to customers, identifying and resolving failures in LPG systems. Schedule field engineers' technical visits, optimizing routes and deadlines. Complete service orders (SO), ensuring proper closure of processes. Issue technical reports, certifications, and Technical Responsibility Annotations (ART) on the CREA website. Analyze incident data recorded in CRM, create trend charts, and propose corrective actions. Provide technical support to Installation, Engineering, After-sales, Commercial, Key Accounts, Bidding, and Customer Service teams. Organize and annually (or as needed) send customer lists for preventive maintenance planning. Weekly monitor customer preventive maintenance schedules and open corresponding service orders. Receive and close CRM incidents related to preventive maintenance, ensuring proper registration and handling. Update monthly the customer database with maintenance status records. Weekly monitor tank inventory and track progress of new installations at sites. Create, update, and review installation procedures, promoting standardization and continuous improvement. Analyze and cancel service orders when applicable, ensuring alignment between planning and execution. **Requirements:** * At least pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for report creation. Power BI knowledge is desirable. **Additional information:** Compensation includes base salary plus 30% hazard pay; Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break), and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM;
