Job Summary: Generalist HR professional to restructure and optimize HR processes, strategically partner with managers, and strengthen organizational culture and development. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement and support to leadership **Key Challenges:** ✔ Restructure and optimize HR processes ✔ Partner with managers and executive leadership to support strategic decisions ✔ Develop policies and practices aligned with the company's current stage ✔ Create and monitor HR metrics (KPIs) ✔ Build and present executive dashboards and reports to leadership ✔ Manage the full recruitment and selection funnel ✔ Design and implement onboarding for new employees ✔ Ensure operational HR management (R\&S, hiring, PPEs, and administrative routines) ✔ Strengthen organizational culture, climate, and development ✔ Support leadership in people management and team development **What We Are Looking For:** * Generalist HR experience * Structural profile, hands-on approach, and strategic vision * Experience in companies undergoing transformation (preferred: family-owned businesses) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong data and metrics orientation * Advanced Excel proficiency * Power BI experience * Experience building dashboards and executive presentations * WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY * SEND RESUME ALSO TO: vagas.rhsois@gmail.com Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$5\.000,00 \- R$7\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
