Proposing technical improvements and solutions Description: * Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electroelectronics, or Electrotechnology. * Reading and interpreting machine manuals, schematics, and technical drawings, * Maintenance of electronic circuits and measuring instruments, * Soldering of electronic components, * Design of electrical circuit boards * Good communication skills * Teamwork * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly and effectively. * Ability to analyze data and propose solutions to improve industrial processes. * Organization and attention to detail. * Strong logical reasoning * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Maintain accurate completion of documentation pertinent to the role or department, including logging entries in maintenance notes and work orders within SAP, quality assurance documents such as logbooks and systems, and TPM/SICP-related documents including anomaly reports and failure/breakdown records, ensuring legible and transparent recordkeeping. * Independently maintain equipment and workplace units in organized and good condition, safeguarding their preservation, organizing and controlling routine tools, and ensuring effective communication of identified problems and opportunities. * Conduct production testing and project monitoring, assisting in verifying proper equipment operation under new product specifications and conditions, and reporting equipment limitations, thereby ensuring correct electroelectronic operation of equipment and peripherals. * Interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications using manufacturer-provided manuals and technical catalogs, and draft and draw electrical diagrams utilizing technical knowledge to ensure correct acquisition or fabrication of components essential for optimal equipment performance, proposing improvements. * Perform routine inspections and high-complexity activities to guarantee and diagnose flawless operation of equipment and low- and medium-voltage electrical panels across industrial maintenance, utilities, and systems areas, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed to eliminate anomalies identified during inspections and proposing solutions and improvements. * Perform high-complexity preventive and corrective electroelectronic maintenance and repair services on equipment, accessories, peripherals, cabins, electrical panels, network and communication systems, and aerial and underground electrical cabling. * Support and train Level I and Level II employees through supervision and internal training programs, transferring technical knowledge related to the role and department, ensuring development and preparation of Levels I and II for future advancement into higher-level positions. * Propose technical improvements and solutions for equipment and facilities to ensure technical conditions and information necessary for meeting KPIs in maintenance, production, and quality departments, and provide technical support for planning and executing electroelectronic machinery and facility projects. * Represent the maintenance team in meetings and related activities concerning daily SICP (CIMED INTEGRATED PRODUCTION SYSTEM) routines or other management systems, presenting data and analyses, developing action plans, and reporting anomalies and breakdowns. * Complete problem analysis documents and anomaly identification reports related to equipment, and propose countermeasures to prevent recurrence, complying with basic requirements of current production systems (TPM, SICP, etc.), while also ensuring OC (Observation Card) and RNC (Non-Conformance Report) actions are properly recorded in CIGED for tracking equipment-related incidents. 2512050202181034390
