**Position Title:** Logistics Assistant
**Location:** Pouso Alegre, MG – 100% On-site
**Reports To:** Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator
As a **Logistics Assistant**, you will be responsible for overseeing the inbound and outbound product routines of the department, performing and monitoring periodic rotating and cycle inventory counts, identifying discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy. You will print invoices, packing slips, and labels for order picking and shipping. You must monitor and update the system by reporting operational statuses, map operational processes and KPIs, and keep them up to date.
**Responsibilities**
* Use the WMS to record inventory movements, locate products, control expiration dates and batches, enter inbound and outbound invoices, maintain updated master data (item codes, storage locations, balances, etc.), and generate reports for operational control and managerial decision support
* Perform material receipt verification and record information in the WMS; manage inbound and outbound scheduling; organize, control, and record transfers between warehouse locations and departments; support storage strategy (fixed and random slotting), ensuring all movements are accurately reflected in the system
* Develop, monitor, and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g., inventory accuracy, service level, order fulfillment time, inventory turnover, etc.), propose improvements to layout, picking processes, and storage practices, and support internal and external audits
* Support the team in the proper use of data collectors (RF) and the WMS, acting as a knowledge multiplier and promoting best operational practices
* Maintain constant and effective communication with Procurement, Production, Transportation, and Delivery Management teams to ensure operational alignment and process efficiency
**Requirements**
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
* Proficiency in Excel
* Familiarity with WMS is preferred
* Prior experience in logistics, e-commerce, or related areas
