This is a critical role in ensuring the safety and operational efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily front desk activities, ensuring access control, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. As a Floor Supervisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and customers. Your responsibilities will include verifying identities, registering visitors, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will be responsible for inspecting the premises, ensuring all security protocols are followed, and reporting any irregularities or incidents. **Salary:** R$ 2,031.00 \+ VR: R$ 27.29 per day Night shift allowance (if the employee works the night shift) Health insurance plan with co-payment Life insurance Dental insurance plan Transportation voucher (VT) for public transportation use Reception experience is essential, as you will be the first person interacting with individuals entering and exiting the facility.
