**STORE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Work Safety / eSocial)** **Location:** Ibitinga – In-person **Company:** GRUPO RV (PPE **Occupational Medicine** Work Safety) GRUPO RV is growing and looking for an **organized, responsible, and committed** individual to work at the **counter of our PPE store**, perform **administrative tasks**, and support the **Work Safety and eSocial department**. **This is a formal position, recognized with significant internal growth opportunities.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** **1\. Customer Service (Store Counter)** * Serve customers in person * Assist customers in selecting PPE * Issue quotes and orders * Perform **product scanning** in the system * Keep the store organized and standardized **2\. Store Administration** * Issue invoices and bills * Organize documents * Simple inventory control * Update spreadsheets and records * Support the sales department **3\.
