Job Summary: This role involves identifying and resolving emotional, behavioral, and social issues that interfere with learning, promoting a healthy and welcoming school environment. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive action and crisis intervention in school settings 2. Guidance for teachers, pedagogical staff, and parents 3. Promotion of a healthy and welcoming school environment RESPONSIBILITIES: * · Identify and help resolve emotional, behavioral, and social issues that may interfere with learning * · Provide guidance to teachers and pedagogical staff * · Conduct preventive activities: workshops, group dynamics, and projects promoting mental health in schools * · Facilitate dialogue between school and family * · Intervene in crisis situations and emergencies, such as bereavement, trauma, parental separation, and other events impacting students * · Support inclusive students * · Guide adolescents regarding vocational education * · Promote a healthy and welcoming school environment **COMPETENCIES** **(Required Qualifications for this Position)** * Multidisciplinary team collaboration * Empathy and sensitivity * Knowledge of developmental psychology * Communication skills * Assessment and diagnostic capability * Intervention skills * Resilience and self-care * Professional ethics **REQUIRED EDUCATION** Bachelor's degree in Psychology; Professional registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); Please send your application to the email address below, with the job title in the subject line: rh@infs.com.br Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
