Contribution to customer loyalty and portfolio expansion The Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services, serving customers, negotiating payment terms and deadlines, prospecting new customers, and maintaining relationships with existing ones. This professional acts strategically to achieve results and meet the company's established targets. * Plan daily visit routes by analyzing commercial reports, billing history, performance indicators, customer potential, and industry-specific product mix targets. * Provide consultative and personalized customer service, identifying opportunities to increase sales and strengthen commercial relationships. * Confirm receipt of the most recent delivery, verifying product conformity and recording any incidents. * Monitor inventory levels, product turnover, stockouts, and replenishment needs. * Execute product rotation (FIFO/FEFO) at the point of sale, monitoring expiration dates, damages, and storage conditions. * Ensure proper product display by installing and maintaining merchandising materials according to standards set by the company and its partner industries. * Advise customers on commercial margins, pricing, and strategies that promote increased product turnover. * Present portfolios, product samples, and new launches to prospect new business opportunities and expand the range of products sold. * Prepare and present comprehensive commercial proposals aimed at sustainable sales growth and portfolio profitability. * Monitor the financial status of the assigned customer portfolio, tracking overdue accounts and adhering to the company's credit policy—blocking new orders when overdue invoices exist, per internal guidelines. * Record market information, competitor activities, commercial opportunities, and other relevant data to support the company's strategic decision-making. * Uphold commercial policies, internal regulations, and quality standards in customer service, contributing to customer loyalty and portfolio expansion.
