Work with targets and focus on customer service Description: About the role: * The F&I (Finance & Insurance) Operator brokers the sale of financial and insurance products, providing solutions tailored to customers' needs while ensuring the feasibility of financing and credit transactions in accordance with dealership policies and partner financial institutions. Main responsibilities: * Assist and advise customers on available financing, consortium, and insurance options at the dealership; * Assess customers' credit profiles, complete proposals, and submit them to financial institutions for approval; * Present and explain various financial and insurance products according to customers' needs; * Help customers select the most suitable financing and insurance plans by performing simulations and clarifying questions; * Prepare financing, insurance, and other financial product contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complies with legal requirements; * Monitor the credit approval process; * Maintain updated customer records, ensuring information is complete and accurate; * Collaborate with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty; * Track and achieve monthly sales targets for financial and insurance products; * Ensure all procedures and documents comply with financial and insurance industry regulations; * Stay up-to-date on market financing and insurance offerings, as well as partner institutions' policies; * Perform other duties related to the role. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education (a bachelor's degree in related fields is considered an advantage). * Prior experience in selling financial products, insurance, or related areas—preferably within the automotive sector; * Knowledge of financing, consortium, and insurance processes; * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills; * Ability to work with targets and under pressure; * Proactivity, organization, and customer service orientation.
