If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP—we will go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, import, and maintain daily timekeeping records in the corporate system; * Monitor and resolve timekeeping incidents, such as medical certificates, overtime hours, early departures, and declarations; * Approve requests in the Meu RH system; * Generate monthly reports on timekeeping discrepancies for managers; * Track attendance and manage apprentice records; * Monitor work schedule-related movements (e.g., shift changes, transportation allowances, rest periods, etc.); * Issue time cards, collect signatures, and organize files; * Integrate timekeeping data with payroll processing; * Ensure proper operation of time clocks and control consumables; * Monitor absences and medical certificates exceeding 15 days for submission to INSS; * Administer benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, benefit cards, and food baskets; * Place and distribute corporate benefits and promotional items; * Support onboarding processes, including registration, contract issuance, and integration of new employees; * Support transmission of events to eSocial; * Assist employees by clarifying questions related to the HR area; * Request invoice payments and manage ID badge issuance; * Support recruitment and selection activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Knowledge of labor legislation and routine labor calculations; * Experience with the SAP system; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site Meals * Food Basket * Transportation Allowance With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, operating strategic units across Brazil and worldwide.
