We are seeking a **Technical Intern** to support engineering activities related to electronic manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge in industrial processes and technology, with strong exposure to **SMT, Box Build, and NPI**. Requirements: * Currently pursuing a technical program in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields * Basic knowledge of electronics and SMT processes * Basic Excel skills * Programming language knowledge for application development *is a plus.* Key Responsibilities: * Support engineering routine activities * Support production and data analysis * Prepare technical documentation * Conduct tests and support NPI activities * Contribute to improving operational efficiency **Join a great team!** ---------------------------------------- Manufacturing Process Support * Support execution and improvement of SMT (soldering, inspection, rework) and Box Build assembly processes. * Monitor production flow, identifying losses and improvement opportunities. * Assist in developing and updating work instructions, layouts, and process flows. Data Collection and Analysis * Collect production, quality, and line efficiency data. * Support basic indicator analysis (yield, scrap, OEE). * Assist in preparing technical reports and dashboards. Testing and Validation * Assist in executing functional tests and process validations per guidance. * Support basic line-level troubleshooting activities. New Product Introduction (NPI) * Support trial, tryout, and initial builds. * Assist in collecting data for process and product validation. * Support preparation of technical documentation for new product launches. Quality and Continuous Improvement * Participate in root cause analyses (e.g., 5 Why, Ishikawa – under supervision). * Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions. * Contribute ideas for process improvement and cost reduction. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Interact with Test Engineering (TE), Industrial Engineering (IE), Quality Engineering (QE), and Production teams.
