Bajaj Auto is one of India’s leading manufacturers of motorcycles and three-wheelers. The company is renowned for its innovation and quality in mobility products. **Responsibilities:** Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, networks, and operating systems. Provide user support and assistance, including logging and tracking service requests via Service Desk (GLPI). Monitor ERP in a cloud environment (TOTVS Cloud). Monitor and maintain firewalls, switches, and access points. Provide support for cloud environments and Linux virtual machines (GCP). Support network infrastructure, structured cabling, and third-party vendors. Support CCTV and physical access control systems. Manage IT equipment and asset inventory. Guide users on information security best practices. Document IT procedures and manuals. Support technology projects, implementation of new solutions, and process improvements. Liaise with and monitor IT solution vendors.
