If you identify with our company, join VALGROUP— together, we’ll go much further! **\#vemcomagente** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor planning and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on extruders, feeders, dosing systems, cooling systems, and cutting systems. * Monitor and define processes to ensure proper execution and guarantee maintenance process reliability. * Diagnose equipment failures and propose technical solutions to improve equipment reliability. * Develop and implement maintenance plans based on criticality and failure history. * Participate in continuous improvement and productivity enhancement projects. * Manage maintenance service contracts and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. * Monitor and analyze maintenance performance indicators. * Provide technical support to the maintenance team and conduct training (PDCA, MASP). * Collaborate with production, process engineering, development, and quality departments to ensure operational stability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable. * Proficiency and hands-on experience with SAP. * Intermediate English proficiency and Power BI (desirable). * Knowledge of FMEA, MASP, and ability to read and interpret IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 (desirable). **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Basket * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * On-site Meal For nearly half a century, **Valgroup** has established itself as a reference in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
