Develop and qualify new suppliers Position: Purchasing Analyst Position Objective Responsible for executing and monitoring the company's procurement processes, ensuring acquisition of materials, products, and services with quality, within appropriate timelines, and at optimal cost\-benefit, aligned with internal policies. Main Responsibilities * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines * Develop and qualify new suppliers * Analyze commercial and technical proposals * Manage contracts and commercial agreements * Prepare and update Excel-based control spreadsheets and management reports * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies * Work on cost reduction and continuous process improvement Requirements Education: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields Experience: * Prior experience in Procurement or Supply Chain * Experience in supplier negotiation and management Technical Knowledge (Mandatory): * **Intermediate or advanced Excel** (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas, charts, and data management) * Microsoft Office Suite * Negotiation techniques Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.621,00 \- R$2\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
