Planning, budgeting, and investment analysis We are hiring a Construction Manager to work with one of our clients, covering Limeira, Paulínia, and cities surrounding Campinas. If you have proven experience in managing vertical residential construction projects and leading teams, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities: * Complex Projects: Manage high-complexity construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. * Leadership: Lead and develop teams. * Planning: Budgeting, planning, and investment analysis. * Technical: Measurements, management reports, and compliance with technical standards. Requirements: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (active CREA registration). ✅ Prior experience as a Construction Manager for vertical residential projects. ✅ Experience in people management. ✅ Availability to work in the region (Limeira, Paulínia). Desirable: ➕ Specialization in people/project management. ➕ Knowledge of BIM methodology. Benefits Contract Type: PJ Compensation: 13 invoices \+ 30 paid days off. Meal/food allowance: R$485.00 \+ Reimbursement of health insurance, according to internal value sheet.
