**Requirements:** * Reside in Eusébio; * Completed high school; * Availability to work flexible hours. **Job Responsibilities** * Receiving garments: verify quantity, fabric type, and condition of clothes delivered by customers. * Sorting clothes: separate by color, fabric type, and degree of soiling, following the laundry’s procedures. * Washing: operate washing and centrifuge machines, select appropriate wash cycles, and use cleaning products according to internal guidelines. * Folding and organizing: prepare garments for packaging, maintaining organizational and presentation standards. * Customer service: receive and deliver garments, clarify customer inquiries, record information, and maintain a courteous demeanor. * Internal control: record garment intake and output, identify labels, and uphold the unit’s control standards. * Cleaning and organizing the workspace: keep the environment clean, organized, and safe throughout the workday. * General support: assist team members with various tasks to ensure smooth unit operations.
