**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Support material requirements planning based on production demand and consumption history; * Analyze inventory levels, average consumption, and define minimum and maximum stock levels jointly with the Purchasing department; * Conduct material consumption and turnover analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Manage physical and system-based inventory controls to ensure accuracy, participating in cyclic and annual inventories; * Support implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (inventory turnover, accuracy, stockouts, order fulfillment time); * Prepare management reports with performance indicators (e.g., inventory coverage, accuracy); * Perform ABC/XYZ material classification and propose adjustments to replenishment policies; * Monitor material shelf life, storage conditions, and traceability; * Ensure proper physical location and organization of the warehouse; * Train and guide warehouse assistants on operational procedures; * Collaborate with departments such as Production Operations/Maintenance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Controlling; * Suggest continuous improvements in materials planning and control processes; * Perform other related duties as required by the department; * Maintain equipment under their responsibility and uphold workplace standards. * Comply with corporate norms, procedures, and policies, and contribute to achieving goals related to environmental management, safety, health, and quality. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in warehouse processes and inventory management; * Solid knowledge of ERP transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, inventories); * Ability to analyze consumption and calculate inventory levels (minimum, maximum, reorder point); * Experience with ABC/XYZ classification, turnover curve, and logistics indicators; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (control spreadsheets, dashboards, analytical formulas); * Knowledge of material storage and handling (layout, location coding, FIFO/FEFO); * Basic understanding of risk management and safety in storage; * Preferred: familiarity with inventory control technologies (RFID, data collectors, barcodes). **Benefits:** Hazard Pay, Medical Assistance, Dental Assistance, Childcare Assistance, Gympass, Profit Sharing, On\-site Meals, Life Insurance, Chartered Transportation, Meal Voucher
