We are looking for an ***IT Analyst*** to join our Information Technology team. The professional will be responsible for carrying out high-complexity strategic and operational activities, contributing to the stability, security, and evolution of the organization’s technological environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer, implement, and customize systems, corporate software, and network, server, and service infrastructure; * Analyze and resolve critical incidents, ensuring service continuity and compliance with SLAs; * Lead IT projects, such as migrations, upgrades, and architectural changes, ensuring adherence to internal policies, LGPD, and compliance requirements; * Implement and support information security policies, access controls, and propose continuous improvements in processes, performance, and security; * Develop and maintain technical documentation, standardize processes, create a knowledge base, and support users through training, manuals, and management of access and devices. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience with Networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall), Active Directory, and related services; * Windows and/or Linux operating systems; * Office 365; ERP systems; * Good practices in governance, ITIL, and information security. **Desired Competencies:** * Analytical profile and strategic vision; * Organization and planning; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Flexibility and time management; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Teamwork ability. **Interpersonal Skills:** * Organization and Planning; * Responsibility and Proactivity; * Flexibility and Time Management; * Teamwork and Good Interpersonal Relationships.
