Learn more about our brand at: dex.co **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and ensure execution of failure analyses according to defined triggers, deadlines, and quality standards; * Consolidate and analyze failures related to Availability and Performance (QD), conducting weekly critical analyses; * Manage and monitor action plans arising from failure analyses, ensuring effectiveness and closure; * Critically analyze strategic and operational indicators (OEE, Hourly Yield, Direct Downtime, etc.) to identify trends and recurrences for proactive intervention before failures occur; * Collect, process, and correlate operational and historical maintenance data via SAP and other corporate databases; * Review, propose, and implement improvements to preventive and predictive maintenance plans; * Provide technical support to maintenance planning and execution routines, including on-site involvement during production line shutdowns; * Propose reliability-driven actions based on data, aiming to increase availability, reduce failures, and lower costs; * Handle MRO materials, conduct technical analysis of components, and define scopes for CAPEX projects; * Update technical records, maintenance histories, and maintenance strategies in SAP PM; * Ensure standardization and dissemination of best practices in maintenance engineering and reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical Production, Mechatronics, or related fields); * Practical knowledge of SAP PM, Power BI, and Advanced Excel; * Experience in failure analysis, maintenance indicators, and asset management; * Strong analytical ability, systemic vision, and data orientation; * Experience in mechanical maintenance and/or reliability engineering is a plus. **Additional Information** Aligned with our organizational culture, we **care for life wherever it is**.
