Join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Support the maintenance team by developing technical instructions, conducting training, and providing practical guidance for electrical and mechanical tasks. * Assist with activities assigned by supervision or coordination. * Collaborate in resolving issues related to electrical and mechanical demands. * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive electromechanical maintenance on industrial equipment per work orders and maintenance plans. * Conduct disassembly, assembly, simple mechanical adjustments, and low-voltage electrical interventions under technical supervision. * Perform basic inspections of mechanical and electrical components, identifying anomalies and reporting them to the immediate supervisor. * Support maintenance activities for pumps, motors, gearboxes, valves, sensors, electrical panels, and field instruments. * Correctly use measuring instruments (multimeter, caliper, dial indicator, torque wrench, etc.). * Strictly comply with safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), work permits, and regulatory standards. * Record all performed activities in the maintenance system (SAP, Fracttal, or equivalent), ensuring traceability and historical records. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and proper care of tools, equipment, and the workplace. * Provide technical support to intermediate and senior electromechanical technicians when requested. **Requirements:** * Technical High School diploma or Technical degree in Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts and a 6x2 schedule. * Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic control components, industrial hydraulics, and industrial mechanics. * Knowledge of mechanical components such as pumps, bearings, gearboxes, mechanical seals, and valves. * Basic understanding of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance. * Basic ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
