Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying and monitoring the delivery schedule, preparing vehicles for customers, and ensuring washing quality. Key Highlights: 1. Daily monitoring of the dealership's delivery schedule 2. Detailed vehicle preparation for the Special Moment 3. Ensuring cleaning and quality standards for vehicle delivery - Verify and monitor daily the dealership's delivery schedule and related reports; - Prepare the vehicle to be delivered during the Special Moment on the day before customer delivery. Organize and prepare each vehicle model for delivery, keeping in mind that vehicles have different features and delivery takes longer for some vehicles than others; consider that each customer requires different time to understand the presented items; - Notify Technical Assistance and/or Parts departments in cases of identified damage and/or mechanical issues; - Perform a quality wash checklist to ensure cleaning standards for vehicle delivery to the customer; - And other routine tasks within the area.
