Quality Control Assistant MISTER BEEF JAÚ\-SP RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Customer Service Support: Provide support to the Customer Service Department; ● Returns Management: Monitor and manage product return processes; ● Shipment Monitoring: Verify and monitor goods shipment processes; ● Inventory Management: Check and manage FIFO/FEFO methods in inventory and cold rooms; ● Technical Records: Complete and maintain self-monitoring spreadsheets and records; ● Traceability: Support batch control and product traceability processes; ● Deviation Handling: Monitor non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions; ● Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): Conduct GMP inspections and organize departmental documentation; ● Quality Assurance Support: Assist with Quality Assurance requests and internal and external audits. REQUIREMENTS: ● Organization: Strong attention to detail and ability to organize routine tasks; ● Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with various departments; ● Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel spreadsheets); ● Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NOT MANDATORY): ● Prior experience in Quality Control; ● Professional experience in the food industry or in environments regulated by the Federal Inspection Service (SIF).
