Senior Labor Lawyer
* Handle strategic labor litigation, including monitoring judicial proceedings, analyzing risks, and defining legal arguments; * Draft defenses, appeals, settlements, and procedural statements; * Collect and analyze documents to support the preparation of strategic defenses; * Conduct technical legal risk analysis of labor proceedings at all procedural stages for accounting provisioning purposes; * Prepare and update labor risk maps, contingency reports, and financial impact statements; * Attend hearings and alignment meetings, and prepare representatives and witnesses; * Conduct internal labor audits to identify non-conformities, hidden liabilities, and improvement opportunities, producing detailed reports; * Provide legal advisory services to internal departments—especially HR, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety (SESMT), and Operations—on labor matters to mitigate risks, implementing preventive policies and training programs; * Monitor collective negotiations, labor inspections, and infringement notices; * Prepare legal opinions and management reports on labor risks and litigation indicators, with practical recommendations for labor compliance and liability reduction; * Fieldwork: Visit operational units to monitor labor routines, collect information, and interact with local teams; * Contract and document review: Review contracts, collective agreements, and internal documents to identify and mitigate labor risks.

The following week, the employee has time off on **Friday, Saturday, and Sunday**. **SOME RESPONSIBILITIES:** § Handle all customer requests related to cancellation and renegotiation. § Negotiate debt settlement with delinquent customers; § Contact customers with outstanding debts; § Assess the customer’s delinquency level; § Route service failure-related requests to the responsible department for resolution (if the customer cites such failures as reasons for cancellation or payment delay); § Monitor payment agreements made with customers; § Generate and forward collection reports regarding overdue debts to the finance department; § Request equipment retrieval from customers who have canceled their contracts via Service Order; § Request the finance department to remove credit bureau listings (e.g., Serasa and SPC) or any other type of protest and related actions; § Forward information about canceled customers who have agreed to reactivate or sign new contracts to the sales department; § Present and offer new benefits and/or plans to customers whose contracts were canceled due to delinquency, prior to issuing a Service Order for equipment retrieval; § Collect and record complaints from customers contacting the company to request cancellation of contracted services.
