Senior Labor Lawyer
* Handle strategic labor litigation, including monitoring judicial proceedings, analyzing risks, and defining legal arguments;
* Draft defenses, appeals, settlements, and procedural statements;
* Collect and analyze documents to support the preparation of strategic defenses;
* Conduct technical legal risk analysis of labor proceedings at all procedural stages for accounting provisioning purposes;
* Prepare and update labor risk maps, contingency reports, and financial impact statements;
* Attend hearings and alignment meetings, and prepare representatives and witnesses;
* Conduct internal labor audits to identify non-conformities, hidden liabilities, and improvement opportunities, producing detailed reports;
* Provide legal advisory services to internal departments—especially HR, Payroll, Occupational Health and Safety (SESMT), and Operations—on labor matters to mitigate risks, implementing preventive policies and training programs;
* Monitor collective negotiations, labor inspections, and infringement notices;
* Prepare legal opinions and management reports on labor risks and litigation indicators, with practical recommendations for labor compliance and liability reduction;
* Fieldwork: Visit operational units to monitor labor routines, collect information, and interact with local teams;
* Contract and document review: Review contracts, collective agreements, and internal documents to identify and mitigate labor risks.
