Work Location: Estância/SE **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and monitor the functioning of water treatment plant equipment; * Perform physicochemical and bacteriological analyses on raw, flocculated, sedimented, filtered, and treated water; conduct online monitoring of water supply reservoir levels and facility surveillance cameras; * Maintain water quality parameters within potability standards established by regulatory ordinances; prepare tanks containing aluminum sulfate, hydrated lime, polymer, chlorine, fluoride, etc.; * Conduct Jar Tests to prevent under- or overdosing of chemical products; * Apply chemical dosages and maintain related systems; * Maintain the WTP (Water Treatment Plant) infrastructure (e.g., filter cleaning, flocculators, sedimentation basins, aerators, and water channels), ensuring water quality; perform valve operations; * Monitor telemetry/automation systems across company facilities (central information hub) and alert on-duty personnel during emergencies; * Prepare daily water quality control reports and complete spreadsheets using Excel; responsible for safeguarding equipment, tools, and work materials; * Follow company safety guidelines and apply them during task execution; * Act diligently in accordance with leadership instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma; * Prior experience in water distribution systems is desirable; * Driver’s license Category "B" is desirable.
