In this role, you will be responsible for Quality Management and Control at the Estância/SE facility, ensuring compliance with product and process standards, as well as managing the quality team. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure can quality throughout the production process; * Issue quality reports and generate monthly performance indicators; * Qualify new materials and suppliers by conducting product and raw material testing; * Supervise the inspector team, ensuring training and team development; * Issue and track corrective and preventive action plans for internal and external non-conformities; * Ensure document control, updates, and quality records; * Supervise instrument calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Food, Industrial Chemistry) or related fields; * Prior experience in Quality within an industrial setting; * Experience conducting customer audits, process improvement, and information flow management; * Postgraduate degree (preferred); * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** We value the well-being, development, and quality of life of our employees. POS OPERATOR WITH MOTORCYCLE / NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **Requirements:** We are seeking a professional holding a valid Category A driver's license and owning a motorcycle (with all documents up to date), available to work Monday through Saturday during business hours. Must have completed high school and reside permanently in Lagarto - SE. Prior experience in commercial activities and customer service is desirable. Strong communication skills and agility. Basic computer literacy, proficiency in operating smartphones and tablets, typing ability, and experience using software systems. Good knowledge of the geography of Lagarto and its surrounding areas, and full availability for travel. **Responsibilities:** The professional will handle sales point (POS) visits, device verification, and collection/control of receivables. Responsibilities also include onboarding new sales points and training end-users on POS equipment operation. This is an entirely field-based position, reporting to the company’s regional offices.
