Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What are we looking for?** A professional with an eye for improvements and value delivery. **Your day-to-day will include:** * Working in a team serving clients in Europe, communicating in English during project interactions; * Having a holistic view of the project and supporting the team in breaking down tasks and understanding them, aiming for greater delivery efficiency; * Ensuring the solution being built meets client needs and incorporates best practices; * Monitoring project roll-out processes and supporting the team in identifying and resolving issues; in critical cases, leading the team; * Mentoring the team on testing practices, tools, and concepts, and supporting test refactoring; * Identifying and correcting security flaws or generating documentation mapping the identified scenario; * Understanding architecture models and practices, supporting the architecture team in validating solution designs when needed, and translating architectures into development solutions; * Participating in team ceremonies to identify blockers or issues and supporting the creation of action plans; * Understanding the metrics used by the team, analyzing them, suggesting changes, and using them for planning and alignment purposes; * Documenting and demonstrating solutions, developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, and clear code. **Requirements and Qualifications** * System development, unit testing with JUnit, log verification in DataDog, Git; * Microservices development using **Java Spring Boot**, Hibernate, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, Maven, and messaging queues (JMS, ActiveMQ, or KAFKA); * Databases: Oracle, SQL, MySQL, and Aurora; * In-depth knowledge of SQL; * Familiarity with Azure platform, CI/CD, and containerization; * Use of REDIS caching, knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and SCRUM; * Advanced or fluent English. **Additional Information:** * CLT employment, remote work, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **NOTE:** Hey!
