Job Summary: We are seeking a highly senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect to design and evolve robust, scalable architectures for complex projects serving strategic clients. Key Highlights: 1. We seek a **Solutions Architect – Infrastructure**, with **high seniority**, to lead the conception, assessment, and evolution of **robust, secure, and scalable architectures**, supporting **highly complex and critical projects** for strategic clients. This professional will assume a consultative and strategic role, working closely with technical and business leadership to ensure adherence to industry best practices, governance, security, and operational continuity, with an end\-to\-end perspective across on\-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and define **corporate infrastructure architectures** (on\-premise, cloud, and hybrid); * Serve as **technical reference** on highly complex projects; * Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with the **IBM, Red Hat, Oracle, and partner ecosystems**; * Support technical pre\-sales, architecture assessments, and solution definition; * Ensure compliance with standards for **security, governance, high availability, and business continuity**; * Lead **environment modernization, infrastructure migration, and optimization projects**; * Provide consultative support to clients, internal teams, and strategic partners. * Develop projects, possessing the ability to understand business demands and translate them into Infrastructure IT solutions; * Address client needs and advocate proposed solutions through presentations, documentation, and technical simulations; * Pursue knowledge and certifications across key business partners (IBM, Oracle, AWS, among others) to access diverse resources and forge new partnerships; * Manage the process of researching, analyzing, and evaluating existing solutions from the organization’s partner vendors; **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional with: * Solid experience as an **Infrastructure or Solutions Architect** in enterprise environments; * Strong knowledge of **corporate infrastructure**, operating systems, networking, virtualization, and storage; * Experience with **IBM, Red Hat, Oracle solutions**, or similar ecosystems; * Experience in critical environments demanding high availability and security; * Excellent technical communication skills and a consultative mindset. * Knowledge of UNIX, AIX, and Linux; * Knowledge of Clustering (HACMP, Red Hat Cluster, Heartbeat), Firewall (IPTables), Web Server (Apache), Logical Volume Manager (LVM), IBM Storage Disk / SAN, Storage Area Network (SAN), Switches; * Client communication and negotiation; * Knowledge of tools for technical solution design. **Differentiators** * Certifications from major partners — IBM, Lenovo, Oracle, and AWS. **Additional Information** * CLT employment contract * On\-site work model with occasional travel availability * Headquarters in Maringá\| PR **Benefits****:** ------------------- Training Incentive Our commitment to knowledge is part of our daily culture!
