At Gobrax, we are driven by customer obsession, act with attitude, simplicity, and speed, and are always guided by data and the power of sharing. ✨ **Your Mission at Gobrax:** To be the person responsible for operating at the intersection of strategy and technology, translating stakeholder needs into high-performance technical solutions, ensuring every delivery generates measurable value for operations while maintaining end-to-end technical excellence. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:** * Develop, maintain, and evolve Python applications with high quality standards; * Translate business requirements into clear and feasible technical specifications; * Lead meetings with clients to gather requirements, understand processes, and identify improvement opportunities; * Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; * Propose architectural solutions aligned with client strategic objectives; * Prepare functional and technical documentation; * Participate in strategic product and technology decisions; * Ensure support, maintenance, and adherence to development best practices (clean code, automated testing, version control, and CI/CD). **What We’re Looking For:** **Education:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Solid experience (5+ years) in Python development; * Proficiency with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI; * Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with automated testing (Pytest, Unittest); * Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure); * Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban); * Ability to gather and analyze requirements; * Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical audiences; * Negotiation and prioritization skills based on impact; * Consulting, analytical, and results-oriented mindset. **Desirable (not mandatory):** * Prior experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner; * Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN); * Experience in data analysis for decision-making; * Experience in digital transformation projects. **Gobrax Benefits** Flexible Benefits — Caju Flexible allowance + meal voucher on a single card.
