Contribute to ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations across all construction site monitoring activities, directly supporting Implementation Management in full alignment with Implementation Coordination/Management. Supervise and guide construction inspection teams and/or quality assurance teams (including laboratory) linked to Construction Implementation, ensuring all quality processes—as well as field service monitoring processes—are compliant with executed project plans and conform to technical specifications. Interact with other departments and stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of Construction Implementation Management deliverables and processes, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in Construction Implementation Management processes, fully aligned with Implementation Coordination/Management. Manage equipment and team resource maintenance plans—including those of third-party companies—through periodic monitoring, supporting Implementation Management in ensuring timely certification renewals, proper equipment maintenance, operational safety specific to team functions, and field monitoring services. Conduct regular performance evaluations of the engineering team and provide feedback and guidance as needed. Stay updated on technological advancements and industry best practices in engineering and construction.
