THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Doorman
**HIRING METHOD:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload; additional services offered by Operational Units, extended to employees and their dependents; life insurance; health plan (with co-payment) — employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary\*\* :** \*\* Responsible for controlling access of people and entry/exit of various materials at the Operational Unit.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Verification of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
Completed Elementary Education (or higher level of education)
Verification of required qualifications must be demonstrated by:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Officially signed and stamped course completion declaration.
c) In case of higher education, proof of enrollment, duly signed and stamped by the educational institution.
PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DOORMAN OR SECURITY ACTIVITIES.
**VERIFICATION:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of disqualification of submitted documents. Professional experience verification must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ number, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services performed, along with a detailed description of duties carried out;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS registration uses nomenclature consistent with that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
