




Supervise and coordinate the field technical team of the branches, ensuring the execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services with quality, safety, within deadlines, and according to the standards defined by IVRnet. **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Computer Skills / Office * Completed High School Education * Experience in team management * Practical knowledge of networks **1. Team Supervision** 1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of external technicians; 2. Define goals, assign tasks, and monitor the technical team’s performance; 3. Conduct regular meetings for process alignment and updates; 4. Submit performance and progress reports to the direct manager. **2. Operational Planning** 5. Plan logistics for service order execution, routes, and on-call schedules; 6. Monitor service order deadlines and ensure timely execution as agreed; 7. Reschedule services when necessary, based on operational reality. **3. Safety and Quality** 8. Conduct periodic technical and safety inspections in the field; 9. Monitor correct use of PPEs and tools, correcting behavioral deviations; 10. Maintain control and organization of team materials and equipment. **4. Technical and Administrative Support** 11. Provide support to technicians in complex service cases or customer conflict situations; 12. Inform HR about absences, shift changes, medical certificates, and other timekeeping incidents; 13. Track validity of team trainings, PPEs, and occupational medical exams, notifying HR in advance. **5. Strategic Alignment** 14. Support the branch manager in developing operational and technical strategies to improve performance; 15. Prepare periodic technical and operational reports for local management.
