Do you have experience in customer service, passion for sales, and desire to grow within a company that values innovation, people, and results? We are looking for professionals to work as sales representatives in Claro authorized stores, providing comprehensive telecommunications solutions. Here, your role will be to delight customers with outstanding service and a results-driven mindset. What will be your responsibilities? - Provide in-person customer service at stores with excellence, agility, and friendliness; - Identify each customer's consumption profile and recommend appropriate Claro products and services; - Perform administrative and fiscal routines related to sales and transactions (payments, documents, etc). Requirements: - Completed high school education; - Prior sales experience in retail, telecommunications, or similar fields is desirable; - Customer service experience is considered a plus; - Strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and sales drive; - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Employment Type and Work Schedule: - Permanent CLT contract | On-site work, Monday through Saturday Compensation and Benefits: - Fixed salary: R$ 1.850,00 - Attractive commission based on sales performance - Meal allowance: R$ 400.00/day - Transportation allowance (standard 6% deduction) - Why might this opportunity be ideal for you?
