




About the position We are looking for an organized, communicative, and committed Secretary / SDR who will be responsible for managing all patient scheduling, ensuring a professional, clear, and organized experience from the first contact through to in-person appointments. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the clinic and the success of practical classes, requiring attention to detail, proactivity, and strong interpersonal skills. Key responsibilities * Active and responsive lead handling (WhatsApp, phone, and CRM) * Clarification of questions regarding: * Procedures * Operation of model patients * Dates, times, and pre-appointment instructions * Scheduling of model patients according to the clinic’s and classes’ schedules * Proactive appointment confirmation (in advance and the day before) * Reducing no-shows and cancellations through strategic follow-up * Receiving patients on the day of their appointment * Organizing and delivering physical or digital medical records * Verifying registration data and signed consent forms * Supporting the organization of patient flow on practice days * Accurate data entry into systems/CRM * Ongoing communication with coordination, instructors, and clinical staff Daily routine * Engaging with leads interested in becoming model patients * Screening and qualifying patients (suitable profile for practical classes) * Ensuring patients attend on their scheduled date * Keeping the schedule organized and up to date * Monitoring attendance, absences, and rescheduling * Ensuring a positive patient experience from first contact through post-appointment follow-up Requirements * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency with WhatsApp, systems, and digital tools * Proactive, responsible, and committed attitude * Ability to manage high volumes of messages and tasks * Prior experience as a secretary, receptionist, or SDR is a plus * Experience in aesthetic clinics or healthcare is a plus Desired behavioral profile * Friendly and welcoming, yet firm in providing guidance * Committed to punctuality, rules, and processes * Strong follow-up ability and capacity for polite, effective follow-up reminders * Mental and emotional organization to handle intense workflow * Alignment with a culture focused on accountability and results What we offer * Professional, organized, and growing work environment * Comprehensive training on processes and customer service * Genuine opportunities for professional growth and development * The chance to join a company that values processes, culture, and excellence * Fixed salary + performance-based variable compensation (to be determined) Position type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Position type: Full-time, Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$1.750,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
