Opportunity for professional growth RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE DESCRIPTION Responsibilities **Customer Service:** Greet and assist customers in-store, identify their needs, and offer appropriate solutions. **Product Demonstration:** Present and demonstrate telecommunications products and services, such as smartphones, mobile plans, internet, and pay-TV. **Sales Targets:** Achieve sales targets, performance indicators, and company commercial policies. **Sales Execution:** Conduct sales of products and services and fully register transactions in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy to guarantee completion of all stages of the sales process. **Customer Support:** Provide technical information and clarify customer questions regarding offered products and services. **Store Organization:** Maintain an organized store, including product display. **Promotions and Offers:** Inform customers about promotions and special offers, encouraging additional purchases. **Training:** Participate in training sessions on products, services, sales techniques, and corporate systems whenever required. **Conduct:** Demonstrate commitment to the company’s culture, values, policies, and regulations—including codes of conduct, safety, and ethics—in all interactions and decisions.
