Present in Brazil since 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil is growing rapidly, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions focused on efficiency, scale, and innovation. **Position** **Operations Supervisor** **Professional Responsibilities** * Monitor previous day’s performance, including POD validation. * Generate daily order expiration reports, tracking status, and coordinate with DS. * Monitor next-day order expirations and issue alerts for critical tickets. * Monitor workgroups and Lark channels, overseeing operational queues. * Monitor partial partner performance metrics, adjustments, and hold meetings with DS. * Conduct on-site visits to partners experiencing difficulties. * Recruit DS personnel and monitor daily cargo arrival for dispatch. * Resolve tickets and direct corrective actions. * Track KPIs, fake deliveries, POD, backlog, tracking, end-to-end (E2E) performance, and supply chain SLAs. **Job Qualifications** * Experience in prospecting and expanding business partnerships. * Willingness to travel and relocate. * Familiarity with key management indicators. * Intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheets and tables. * Strong negotiation and conflict mitigation capabilities. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical mindset and indicator-oriented approach; * Organization and priority management; * Data-driven decision making; * Clear and concise communication; * Negotiation and stakeholder management skills; * Proactivity and ownership mindset; * Teamwork; * Resilience and adaptability to change. **Work Arrangement** + **Location:** Manaus \- AM + **Model:** On-site + **Schedule:** Business hours, with flexibility based on departmental demands**Benefits** + Medical and dental insurance; + Meal allowance and food allowance; + Life insurance; + Profit-sharing program (PLR); + TotalPass; + Partnerships with SESC and SEST SENAT; + Transportation allowance or mobility assistance.
