**Operations Supervisor**
**Professional Responsibilities**
* Monitor previous day’s performance, including POD validation.
* Generate daily order expiration reports, tracking status, and coordinate with DS.
* Monitor next-day order expirations and issue alerts for critical tickets.
* Monitor workgroups and Lark channels, overseeing operational queues.
* Monitor partial partner performance metrics, adjustments, and hold meetings with DS.
* Conduct on-site visits to partners experiencing difficulties.
* Recruit DS personnel and monitor daily cargo arrival for dispatch.
* Resolve tickets and direct corrective actions.
* Track KPIs, fake deliveries, POD, backlog, tracking, end-to-end (E2E) performance, and supply chain SLAs.
**Job Qualifications**
* Experience in prospecting and expanding business partnerships.
* Willingness to travel and relocate.
* Familiarity with key management indicators.
* Intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheets and tables.
* Strong negotiation and conflict mitigation capabilities.
* Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B).
