Description
**JOB MISSION**
Perform specialized and administrative support activities related to library routines, working in the processing, recovery, and dissemination of information in physical or virtual environments. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
* Collect overdue materials, process loans, returns, renewals, fines, and reservations of books, magazines, and multimedia items;
* Issue certificates of non-encumbrance for books requested by students;
* Register students in the RM Biblios system used by the institution for student registration when requesting loans of books, magazines, works, and multimedia items;
* Register new works (RM Biblios) — the system used by the institution for managing the library collection.
* Physical processing (stamping and labeling) of books, magazines, works, and multimedia items.
* Monitor and review the organization of the library collection.
**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
* Experience in the field: minimum 6 months.
* Education: Completed high school.
* Specific knowledge: Integration software, departmental procedures, Microsoft Office (basic).
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
Weekly workload of 44 hours (Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM).
