Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer to work in the precast concrete and ready-mix concrete field, responsible for technical supervision, planning, and process control to ensure quality, productivity, and compliance. Team coordination and technical solution development support We are looking for a Civil Engineer to work in the precast concrete and ready-mix concrete field, responsible for technical supervision, planning, and control of production and execution processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with technical standards. Responsibilities: * Supervise production and assembly of precast structures; * Oversee ready-mix concrete manufacturing and application processes; * Develop and analyze structural and execution projects; * Control construction schedules, measurements, and costs; * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards; * Conduct quality inspections of materials and processes; * Coordinate operational teams and service providers; * Support technical solution development and process optimization. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Active registration with CREA; * Experience in precast concrete, concrete structures, or ready-mix concrete; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings; * Knowledge of technical standards related to concrete and structures; * Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and engineering software; * Strong communication skills, leadership, and organizational ability.
